03Data we collect
This website is for informational purposes only. It contains no forms and does not automatically collect any personal data.
If you choose to contact us by email or phone, we only process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, content of your message), solely to respond to your request. These data are not used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly agree.
Like any web server, our hosting provider may record technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to identify you, nor for statistical or commercial purposes.
04Cookies
This website does not set any cookies: no technical, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. No audience measurement tool is used.
Links to external services (for example an online map) open the third party’s website, which applies its own privacy policy.
05Legal basis for processing
When you contact us, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or of IT-tude’s legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
06Data access by third parties
Your data may be accessible to technical service providers (hosting, email services, maintenance), strictly for operational and security purposes. These third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to ensure GDPR-compliant data protection.
No data is shared with commercial partners or marketing entities.
07Data hosting
All personal data processed by IT-tude is stored and hosted within the European Union.
08Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, or as required by legal obligations. If the exchange does not lead to a contractual relationship, your data is deleted two years after the last communication.
09Security measures
To guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your data, IT-tude implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encrypted connections, secure access control to hosted environments) to protect it against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
10Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- right of access;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object;
- right to data portability;
